The yoga postures, (asanas) are simply a playground to explore universal life principles. Yoga is living these principles on or off the mat, finding
fresh freedom with every living moment, finding fluid connection and experiencing life through our wholeness.
When we pay attention and listen to our bodies innate intelligence our body becomes our friend.
