I feel immensely grateful to have the opportunity to explore with you what is happening inside us, on the dance floor. To explore our humanity, capacity for embodiment and reconnection to our truest vital authentic selves. Together, in community. I acknowledge that this takes curiosity, courage, perseverance and relentless kindness… showing up with what ever there is. A constantly changing field of possibilities.
I love that you are coming to dance and look forward to welcoming you onto the floor.
5Rhythms® is a Movement Meditation.
A practice of being raw and real in the body;
a medicine dance, an inquiry, an invitation.
“Dance, when you’re broken open. Dance, if you’ve torn the bandage off.
Dance in the middle of the fighting. Dance in your blood.
Dance when you’re perfectly free.” ~Rumi
A Felt Sense ~ Wednesday morning’s
(currently on PAUSE!)

wisdom of Somatic Experiencing and the wild expanse of our own imaginations.

With the nervous system as our foundation, this class is an invitation into the subtleties of our human experience. A practice of cultivating somatic intelligence and deepening capacity for self regulation, on & off the dance floor. Through physical awareness and movement inquiry we turn toward the refuge of our embodiment to increase balance, resiliency and freedom. Where we become our own medicine.
“Geash’s classes are an exceptional highlight! They offer the perfect platform to completely unwind and reset the nervous system in a creative organic way. It is unique and therapeutic. I highly recommend these classes!” ~Devi Kuebli, Body Oriented Psychotherapist

“Thank you Geash, for all that you do in providing us with a safe, deep, grounding & nurturing space on the dance floor where we are free to openly express our feminine & heal our soul.
I can honestly say I have not, to this day (Yin Yoga comes most close!), gone so deep into a healing space, as I have with Geash’s ‘With our Sisters’ dance sessions. And I’ve been in the healing game for years! So thank you so much again Geash, you are a true facilitator of the healing process through & through.” ~Paula
“Many thanks for a truly awesome experience held by you this last 6 weeks. “To dance in the morning is a gift to yourself. No matter how you may be feeling, the transition from outside to inside is guided with grace and absolute presence by Geash. To dance just one rhythm each week was amazing and gave me a very different understanding of the essence and wisdom of the 5Rhythms. The energy and depth of the class always moved me in a positive way, and I felt ready to meet the rest of the week.” ~ Bubaloo

“Your body is the ground metaphor of your life, the expression of your existence. It is your bible, your encyclopedia, your life story. Everything that happens to you is stored and reflected in your body. Your body knows; your body tells.” ~Gabrielle Roth, founder of the 5Rhythms®
“We dance to shed skins, tear off masks, crack molds,
& experience the breakdown – the shattering of borders
between body, heart and mind” ~Gabrielle Roth
