Whether we are head fucking, heart aching or physically feeling crippled i am fascinated in how we be WITH what we have in this moment…. so freedom is ours… now…. not later when the conditions are ‘right’ but NOW in these current conditions. How do we welcome life’s touch, to nurture, to support our journey? What is our unique authentic expression, our yearning… our own movement toward the freedom we are all born to embody.

This is a journey into the natural intelligence of the body, navigating a map to embody, express, explore, expand and empower. Movement is a direct path to a deep, sweet place of silence. In a real and raw way we meet ourselves, connect with others, and have fun getting fit along the way. Regardless of any experience, disability or condition everybody is wholeheartedly welcome.
