“To dance on a Monday morning is a gift to yourself. No matter how you may be feeling, the transition from outside to inside is guided with grace and absolute presence by Geash. To dance just one rhythm each week was amazing and gave me a very different understanding of the essence and wisdom of the 5Rhythms. The energy and depth of the class always moved me in a positive way, and I felt ready to meet the rest of the week.” ~ Bubaloo
“I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to dive deeper into the 5Rhythms with Geash on a Monday morning. There is something so deliciously magical about beginning the week through dance and movement. I seem to glide through my days afterwards and feel held by those attending the class and journeying with me. Geash is such an amazing treasure. She teaches through her heart, coming from a place of authenticity and incredible experience. I highly recommend her morning classes to anyone wishing to invite more joy into their lives and relish in the gift of life.” ~ Malia
